Who we are
Our Story
Goshenland care was established 2016 and have been in the healthcare sector for over 12years. We started working with Shared live under Walsall Local Council in 2021 supporting care leaver with some medical challenges. Seeing the support needed for more young people, we have decided to go into semi-independent supported living for 16 – 18 years in 2022.

We have experience working with local authorities, the NHS, CCG and private sectors. So rest assured that you will get the best care when you come to us.

Semi-independence home is ideal for low-level offenders, students leaving foster care and those with mild but challenging behaviour or needs. Based on the Every Child Matters Five Outcomes, we work hard on delivering the extra support our young people need so that they successfully go onto employment and move forward with their lives, entering into their communities comfortably and ultimately, living independently.

We aim to be recognised for providing first class semi-independent supported living to the young people we look after so they can be safe, comfortable in a welcoming environment.
Our Mission Statement
To provide young people 16 –18 years within our care, a safe and nurturing environment, one that promotes empowerment, independence and choice, while enhancing their core skills, and ability to move across the core continuum into fully independent living.

We are aware of challenges young people may encounter as they prepare to leave care and make transition to independent adulthood. We believe that by providing young people with a positive role model, experienced, dedicated and supportive staff, we can equip them successfully with the skill they need to make a positive impact in their lives and in the society as adults.
